The Ninebot ES2 kick scooter is the second kick scooter from the famous maker of the Segway. The ES2 offers additional features to the ES1 including rear suspension, brake lights and customisable below deck lights using the Ninebot Segway ES2 smartphone app. With maintenance free solid wheels and a low deck platform, the extra performance can be felt by the rider for a fun exhilarating ride.

Our Ninebot-Segway electric scooters come with a 2-year UK manufacturer warranty, (unlike many imports that have to be returned to Europe or China for warranty issues). 

It’s popular for a reason

With a top speed of 15mph, you'll cover 2 miles in just 8 minutes – 20 minutes faster than walking. Hard tyres mean the ES2 is puncture-proof. One of the biggest perks of this scooter is the optional battery pack - not only does it increase the speed and range of the scooter, it also improves the characteristics of the motor performance, its quicker to respond and can run at peak power for longer. 

The ES2 is a further upgrade to the ES1, with suspension on the front and rear not just the front. You will also see an increase in speed over the ES1 from 20-25Kph. This doesn’t sound like a huge amount but in scooter terms this is a significant increase. Coupled with the more powerful motor the Es2 finds climbing hills and transporting riders nearer to the 100kg weight limit  much easier.

    What the Warranty Covers, and for how long?

    The full scooter is covered including the electronics and battery, for 2 years from purchase

    Who Is the Warranty Provider?

    The warranty is backed by the manufacturer, Segway.


    The warranty is void If:

    • The scooter has been ridden in the rain or has any water ingress
    • The scooter has not been maintained such as unchanged punctures and missing parts
    • The scooter has been missued for example has been ridden by a rider over the recommended weight
    • The scooter has been serviced or modified by anyone other than an authorised partner

    How Can You Claim On Your Warranty?

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier/manufacture to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

    Order Delivery:

    Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched and you will receive your order within 48 hours of it being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at and we will assist.

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email Please include your order number when contacting us. When returning a product it must be returned in ‘new’ condition, with all components included, in their original packaging. There will be a charge for the return. 

    If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping and issue you a refund immediately. 

    Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
